Apple Wallet + Google Wallet

QR Code Membership

Each pass includes a QR code containing the member's unique ID. Staff scan it at entry points, the bar, the pro shop, or anywhere membership needs to be verified.

The QR code works with any standard QR scanner: no proprietary hardware, no expensive POS integration. If you already have a scanner at reception, it works today.

Automatic Updates

When staff update a member's details in Craft CMS, their pass updates automatically on their phone. Name changes, membership tier upgrades, profile photo updates: all pushed in real time through Apple and Google's native push infrastructure.

No re-issuing cards. No "please check your email for your new card." No manual steps. The member's phone just updates silently in the background.

Customisable Design

Brand your passes with your venue's colours, logos, and imagery. Each pass carries your identity, not a generic template with someone else's branding.

The plugin provides sensible defaults that work out of the box. Developers can fully customise pass content through Craft events: add custom fields, change layouts, adjust branding for different membership tiers, or pull in data from other parts of your Craft CMS site.

Your Data, Your Control

Bring your own members. Generate your own passes. Member names, IDs, and membership data live in your Craft CMS database, not a third-party platform. You control the Apple Developer account and Google Wallet API credentials directly.

No vendor lock-in. No data-processing agreements with a middleman. No external service interpreting your member data. If you ever move away from the plugin, your credentials and your data go with you.
